Refund and Returns Policy



Our policy is 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and sent back in original packaging. 


Send an email to info@thekineticarm.com with the following information.

  1. In the Subject line: “Return Authorization Request
  2. In the email please include your name, address, phone number, order number, SKU number(s) with type of the item(s) and quantity you are wanting to return. 
  3. Please give us your reason for your return. To expedite your return, please provide a specific reason for the item(s) you are returning.

Please refer to the following for reference examples:

  • Exchange or upgrade
  • Product not as expected: explain why
  • Duplicate order
  • Ordered wrong size
  • Ordered wrong product


Once you send us an email we will respond within 24-48 hours or the next business day via email with our Return Authorization. 

You will be given instructions of where to send your package. Please send item to the provided address below, do not send product back to the manufacturer.  It is recommended that you send your returned package insured with a service that provides a tracking number as we need to be able to locate your package n the event of a shipping error.  If we are unable to locate  your return, we are unable to issue a refund.

Once you return has been received, we will process your return and will provide a refund back to your original form of payment. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the time we receive your item to reflect in your account. You will be notified via email of this credit to the email you provided. If it has been over 3 weeks and you still do not have your credit, email us at info@thekineticarm.com with your tracking information so we can find your item and expedite your request.   Please note: we will not be able to refund shipping charges or return postage.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

  •  Item(s) not in its original condition, and or is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item(s) that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@thekineticarm.com

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Other Non-returnable items:  Gift Cards or Promotional Products

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@thekineticarm.com and send your item to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75.00 it is recommended that you use a service that offers a tracking number or purchase shipping insurance. Otherwise we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
