Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy
At Kinetic Arm, we stand behind the quality of our products and strive for complete customer satisfaction. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, we offer a return and exchange policy under the terms outlined below.
By using our website and making a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Kinetic Arm reserves the right to modify or update these policies at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on our website and will apply to purchases made after the updated policy is published.
Return Window
We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy beginning on the date your order is delivered.
Return and exchange eligibility is based on the delivery date shown by carrier tracking.
Important Return & Exchange Notes

Items must be returned in unworn, “like new” condition to qualify.
Exchanges are intended for:

Gently Used Gear and Final Sale/Clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

Cosmetic wear does not qualify for replacement or exchange (see Cosmetic Wear & Normal Use below).
Cosmetic Wear & Normal Use
Kinetic Arm products are performance-based athletic gear. Performance fabrics may exhibit cosmetic wear with normal use. Cosmetic wear does not affect functionality, support, or performance.
The following are considered normal wear and are not manufacturing defects:

Surface pilling

Loose or snagged threads

Minor fraying
-
Fabric abrasion or snags
-
Small holes caused by friction or external contact

Deodorant marks, staining, or odors
These cosmetic changes do not qualify for replacement or exchange, including within the return window.
Return Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must:

Be returned within the applicable return window

Be in “like new” condition
-
Be free from visible wear, damage, stains, odors, or markings

Be unaltered and unmodified
-
Include intact product tags (if applicable)
All returns and exchanges are inspected upon arrival at our warehouse.
Items returned showing signs of wear may be denied exchange, subject to a partial refund, or deemed ineligible for return if not resalable.
SIZE EXCHANGES (HOW IT WORKS)
For approved size exchanges, we may ship the replacement item promptly when the requested size is in stock and provide a prepaid return label for the original item. This allows you to compare sizes and keep the one that fits best.
If the requested exchange size is out of stock, your exchange will be placed on backorder, and the replacement item will ship once inventory becomes available. Backorder timelines may vary and are dependent on inventory availability.
To complete the exchange, the original item must be shipped back to us within your applicable return window.
If the original item is not returned within the return window, you authorize Kinetic Arm to charge you for the replacement item.
For exchanges, customers must use the provided return label to ensure accurate tracking and processing.
Exchange Processing Time
Replacement items may ship immediately for approved size exchanges when inventory is available. In other cases, replacement items ship after the original item is received and processed (typically 7–10 business days). Backordered exchange items will ship once the requested size is back in stock.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Refund Fees & Deductions
All refunds are subject to:

A 4% restocking fee (applied to the item subtotal)
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow up to 2–3 weeks for the refund to appear on your statement depending on your financial institution.

PARTIAL REFUNDS
Kinetic Arm reserves the right to issue partial refunds if returned items:

Show visible wear or overuse

Have missing, removed, or marked tags

Include stains, odors, deodorant marks, or writing

Have fraying, tears, excessive pilling, abrasion, or damage
-
Have been altered or modified
Partial refund amounts are determined based on product condition and resale eligibility.
Items deemed non-resalable may not qualify for a refund.

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

Gently Used Gear Collection (Final Sale)
Our Gently Used Gear Collection includes discounted products that have been:

Used as demos at events or shows, or

Returned/exchanged within our return window and inspected for resale
All Gently Used Gear items are inspected for quality and are fully functional, but may include minor cosmetic imperfections from light use, such as:

Surface pilling

Minor fraying or loose threads
-
Fabric abrasion
-
Wrinkled or bent straps
-
Small marks, blemishes, or minor staining
-
Wrinkled or used tags
-
May require hand washing
These items are clearly labeled and discounted due to cosmetic imperfections.
All Gently Used Gear items are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
HOW TO START A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
Returns and exchanges must be initiated through our return portal and require an approved Return Authorization (RMA).
To initiate a return or exchange:

Submit your request through our return portal.

Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RMA) and instructions.

Before shipping, please reattach all straps to help prevent additional fraying or pilling during transit.

Pack the item securely and include your Order # and RMA #.

Ship using a trackable method.
If a return cannot be verified via tracking, a refund cannot be issued.

REPLACEMENT POLICY (DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE UPON ARRIVAL)
We only replace items if they arrive damaged or defective.
To request a replacement:

We aim to respond within 24 hours or the next business day.
LIMITED 90-DAY WARRANTY
The 90-day warranty is separate from the return and exchange policy and applies only to verified manufacturing defects that affect product functionality.
Kinetic Arm products are covered by a 90-Day Limited Warranty from the original purchase date.
This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from:

Authorized retailers
Products purchased from third-party resellers or marketplaces (including eBay, Craigslist, Amazon, Facebook Marketplace, distributor websites, or social media marketplaces) are not covered.
Warranty Coverage
This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship that affect product functionality under normal use and conditions.
All warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval.
Warranty Requirements
Warranty claims must meet the following:

Claim made by the original purchaser

Proof of purchase provided

Product has not been modified

Product has not been placed in a washer or dryer

Product identification tags are intact

Claim submitted within 90 days of purchase
Failure to follow care instructions may void warranty eligibility.
Warranty Exclusions
This limited warranty does not cover:

Cosmetic wear or fabric changes (including pilling, loose threads, fraying, abrasion)

Rips, tears, holes, or damage from use

Discoloration, staining, fading

Odors, deodorant marks, or perfume

Damage caused by failure to follow care instructions

Any issues occurring outside of the warranty period

Any product purchased from non-authorized sellers
Warranty is non-transferable.
How to Make a Warranty Claim

Kinetic Arm may, at its sole discretion:
a. Accept the claim
b. Request the product be returned for evaluation
c. Repair the damaged component

g. Return the product if the issue is not warranty eligible
Kinetic Arm reserves the right to deny warranty service if the warranty policy is abused.
DIGITAL GIFT CARD TERMS & CONDITIONS
By purchasing or using a Kinetic Arm digital gift card, you agree to the following:
