The Kinetic Arm braces and sleeves have evidence and research proving that it works and is helping athletes offload arm stress, expedite recovery, and relieve pain while throwing and swinging.

The Kinetic Arm works because it has an embedded patented MuscleWeb™ design, which has a strategic network of elastomers that mimic an external muscular system. This innovative design offers a web of support that helps stabilize joints and offload stress when the arm is in the weakest ranges while throwing and swinging.

Wearing this external layer of protection helps to functionally reinforce muscles, ligaments, and joints during repetitive arm motions, without restricting motion.

The Kinetic Arm has been tested and proven to significantly reduce elbow torque and arm stress that can lead to fatigue, pain, and overuse injuries.

The K1 Brace is an adjustable soft brace that gives combined elbow and shoulder support that is designed for high intensity and volume throwing and swinging sports. If you are coming back from a shoulder/elbow injury or surgery, then the K1 is a great option because it has an adjustable strap system to customize fit and tension to accommodate different arm care needs, making it a great tool to help with workload management, training progressions, recovery, and rehabilitation.

The K2 Sleeve is a slim-fitting sleeve that gives combined elbow and shoulder support that is designed for all throwing and swinging sports, at all levels. If you are wanting to offload stress to help prevent overuse injuries, alleviate discomfort, and optimize performance, then the K2 sleeve is a great tool that will offer that slim-fit relief and protection. Its slim-profile makes it easy to wear either in practice or game under the uniform, for every day support.

The K2 Sleeve is also designed for adult and youth players ages 6+. The youth sleeve is engineered to give a layer of arm protection to growing athletes to help improve arm mechanics, consistency, while reducing arm stress that contributes to most arm overuse injuries.

Our team has been data driven from the very beginning. After 10 years of testing prototypes and collecting data, the Kinetic Arm shows that it can significantly reduce elbow torque and arm stress. All testing was conducted using the only the highest standards of wearable 3D sensor technology, and was analyzed by medical and research professionals.

Unlike traditional rigid arm braces that are designed to immobilize or limit motion, the Kinetic Arm K1 Brace is a soft brace that offers combined muscle and joint support while throwing and swinging, without restriction. This adjustable soft brace offers maximum support throughout the full range of motion, to help optimize mechanics and offload arm stress when the arm is in the weakest ranges during acceleration and deceleration.

The K2 Sleeve fits like a compression sleeve but goes beyond compression offering functional muscle, ligament, and joint support throughout the full range of motion.

The K2 sleeve has a built-in patented MuscleWeb™ design that is the fist to give combined elbow and shoulder support that has been scientifically proven to significantly offload arm stress, by functionally stabilizing muscles, joints, and ligaments while throwing and swinging, without restriction.

The Kinetic Arm can help optimize throwing mechanics by promoting cleaner arm actions, and not letting your arm lag behind or go into vulnerable positions while throwing and swinging. It helps reinforce and support the shoulder and elbow when the arm is in the weakest ranges.

During repeatable arm actions the arm can fatigue and start to lag behind as the body rotates which can cause stress on the elbow and impingement at the shoulder, and more stress on the labrum. The built-in MuscleWeb™ design mimics natural anatomical function, this flexible system pulls in the same direction as your muscles to help offload stress and reinforce efficient movement patterns.

Video Explanation

The Kinetic Arm is engineered to externally offload stress when the arm is in weakest range, and by stabilizing joints it helps promote cleaner arm actions without restriction.

There is evidence showing how wearing the Kinetic Arm has helped many athletes gain and sustain throwing velocity over time, because they are able to train with intensity while reducing arm strain, fatigue, and stress.

This is because this arm care tool helps to optimize mechanics and reduce arm stress, which in turn allows safer training progressions that help athletes build strength, with less excess wear and tear so they can train smarter in effort to gain and sustain velocity.

Video Explanation

The Kinetic Arm dynamic arm stabilizers have a built in patented MuscleWeb™ design. This strategic network of elastomers reinforces and stabilizes the shoulder and elbow to offload stress and reduce arm strain when the arm is in weakest range.

Wearing this external support helps to offload the muscular system and connective tissue during repetitive arm actions to help aid in arm overuse injury prevention.

No. The Kinetic Arm does not restrict motion or change delivery. These dynamic sleeves are lightweight, flexible, and designed to synchronize with all arm actions. Every sleeve can be adjusted to customize fit and tension to support different arm care needs pertaining to the shoulder and or elbow. These dynamic arm stabilizers can be worn over or under uniform.

(If any restriction in range of motion is felt, simply shift chest part to glove side or loosen the strap).

Rules are at discretion in different sports and leagues.

With regards to baseball there are no rules stating that you cannot wear a sleeve underneath uniform. As long as it is a solid color and is not distracting.

Little League Rule updated 2023 season

Rule 1.11a (3) Any part of the pitcher's undershirt or T-shirt exposed to view shall be of solid color. The pitcher's undershirt sleeves, if exposed, shall not be white or gray. Neoprene, if worn by a pitcher, must be covered by undershirt.

The Kinetic Arm K2 Sleeve is not a Neoprene sleeve.

No. The Kinetic Arm is a dynamic arm care tool that externally stabilizes the elbow and shoulder and offloads the most stress at the end range where peak stress is the highest and where the muscles are weakest. There have been no signs or reports of muscle atrophy with long term use, because of the force generated that is required to throw or swing.  Video Explanation

No. The Kinetic Arm is not an instant performance enhancer. Performance in sports depends on a combination of factors including skill, technique, strength, conditioning, and overall training regime.

The Kinetic Arm is an arm care tool engineered to reduce arm stress to help aid in arm overuse injury prevention by keeping the arm in anatomically safer ranges to help improve throwing mechanics and offload arm stress when the arm is in weakest range.

Video Explanation

Unlike traditional arm braces that are designed to immobilize or limit motion, the Kinetic Arm gives full range arm support without restriction while throwing and swinging.

The Kinetic Arm K1 and K2 are designed for anyone who participates in recreational or competitive throwing and swinging sports.

The K1 and K2 are used in youth and teen sports depending on size and arm care needs.

The K2 sleeve has adult and youth sizes scaling down to 6 years old.

The Kinetic Arm can be extremely beneficial for pitchers and catchers, because they are susceptible to various arm injuries like shoulder strains, elbow issues, and general wear and tear due to repetitively throwing.

The Kinetic Arm offers targeted elbow and shoulder support and stability while throwing, to help offload arm stress that can lead to pain, fatigue, and possible injury. Wearing the Kinetic Arm increases arm stability and longevity without excessive fatigue so catchers can maintain better throwing mechanics resulting in more accurate and efficient throws, and more confidence behind the plate.

Both the K1 Brace & K2 Sleeve are worn by pitchers and catchers.

The K1 Brace is a great workload management and arm care training tool for pitchers and catchers. It is also the best arm recovery and rehabilitation option since it has an adjustable multi-strap system to adjust tension to assist with acceleration and deceleration control.

The K2 Sleeve is also worn by pitchers and catchers as a layer of protection in everyday practice and play, lighter workload days, or under uniform in games.

Whether or not to wear a shirt underneath the Kinetic Arm is largely a matter of personal preference. Some individuals find wearing a fitted shirt or base layer underneath adds an extra layer of comfort to help prevent any potential irritation or rubbing against the skin. If you have sensitive skin or are prone to chafing, wearing a fitted shirt underneath may provide an additional barrier and enhance overall comfort. It is advisable to try wearing the Kinetic Arm with and without a shirt during training or practice to determine which options feel more comfortable and allow you to perform your best.

The Kinetic Arm base layer is available on our online stores, which has an ergonomic design to help keep seams off high abrasion areas, increasing durability and comfort, along with thumb access holes to help keep base layer in place while putting on Kinetic Arm or making adjustments.
