Impressive Solution

Redefining arm care

Softball players are prone to overuse injuries like rotator cuff strains and elbow tendinitis due to repetitive throwing and swinging motions. The Kinetic Arm offers a solution by providing dynamic support that stabilizes the elbow and shoulder joints without limiting movement. Its innovative design helps reduce strain, aids in recovery, and enhances performance, making it an essential tool for athletes looking to protect their arms while competing at their best. With the Kinetic Arm, players can enjoy the game they love while minimizing the risk of injury.

Nothing else like it

The Kinetic Arm stands out as a revolutionary solution in arm support, offering unparalleled dynamic stabilization for both the elbow and shoulder without sacrificing freedom of movement. Unlike traditional supports that either restrict mobility or target a single joint, the Kinetic Arm combines its unique multi-patented MuscleWeb® technology to stabilize both joints simultaneously, effectively reducing arm stress during activities. This innovative design empowers athletes to perform naturally while minimizing the risk of overuse injuries. With its lightweight and comfortable fit, the Kinetic Arm delivers a superior blend of dynamic support, injury prevention, and comfort—making it an essential tool for athletes striving to optimize their performance and protect their arms.

ACTIVATED SUPPORT TECHNOLOGY
MUSCLEWEB®

The Kinetic Arm’s MuscleWeb® design offers responsive, targeted support to the elbow and shoulder of softball players, activating during high-stress, passive ranges in motions like throwing and swinging. This stabilization reduces arm stress, minimizing injury risk and optimizing performance. By aiding in protection and recovery, the Kinetic Arm allows athletes to maintain strength and agility, enabling them to focus on their game with confidence.

Multi-Directional Supportive Design

MuscleWeb image showing front shoulder support

Front shoulder support

Embedded polymers overlay the front of the shoulder, providing essential supportive tension to stabilize the joint and reduce stress during passive ranges when strain is at its highest. This web of polymers helps to offload stress from the musculoskeletal system by preventing the arm from lagging behind as the trunk rotates during dynamic arm motions. By alleviating stress on the biceps tendon and labrum, this external layer of support helps protect the front of the shoulder, reducing the risk of common overuse injuries to the biceps tendon, labrum, and rotator cuff.

FULL ELBOW SUPPORT

Built-in polymers strategically overlay the entire elbow, providing targeted support to the medial and lateral sides during dynamic arm movements. These external polymers help reinforce the joint, ligaments, and forearm muscles, offering essential stabilization, particularly to the medial elbow during external rotation and the late cocking phases of throwing, swinging, hitting, and serving. By externally stabilizing the elbow in passive ranges—where peak stress occurs—it helps reduce torque and dynamic stress, minimizing the risk of common overuse injuries such as medial epicondylitis, UCL injuries, and avulsion fractures.

BACK SHOULDER SUPPORT

Embedded polymers overlay the back of the shoulder, providing essential dual joint support and stabilization during force generation and arm deceleration. Acting as an active constraint, it minimizes joint stress by providing multi-directional support to the muscles and ligaments during dynamic arm movements. This polymer web design allows full range of motion while reinforcing the posterior shoulder to help offload stress by aiding in the eccentric control of the scapula and humerus, reducing distraction forces on the posterior shoulder and elbow, and delivering external support as muscles elongate.

"I knew this was a must for many throwing athletes struggling with anything from labrum/rotator cuff injuries to UCL strains. I have now used it with a variety of my athletes in physical therapy and have seen it reduce pain with throwing from a 7/10 to a 0/10 by just simply putting it on. Rehabbing shoulder injuries in competitive throwing athletes can be a challenge because of the stress involved with the throwing motion, but with the Kinetic Arms' ability to offload stress while allowing proper biomechanics and full ROM, the process can be streamlined with better outcomes. Highly recommend 10/10!"

arm stress

Both underhand and overhand pitchers put a significant amount of stress on their arms and bodies when pitching. There are fundamental differences between the two pitching motions, but recent research has shown that the forces placed on the arm during the underhand fast pitch delivery are comparable to overhand pitching.

We need to understand the fact that all throwing motions cause repetitive strain, micro tears, and fatigue that can lead to overuse injuries. We need to start being proactive by offloading stress externally with the Kinetic Arm.
