SHIPPING & DELIVERY:
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST or over the weekend will be processed and shipped on the next business day.
Domestic orders typically arrive within 2-5 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number from the carrier to monitor your delivery status.
International shipment capabilities are currently limited, and are subject to custom fees which can take up to 7-21 business days to arrive.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 30-day return policy for returns and exchanges, with exceptions made for holiday extensions.
Holiday Season Extended Return Policy: To help with holiday shopping, we’re offering a holiday season return extension. Starting November 1, 2025, through December 31, 2025, orders can be returned or exchanged within 45 days of delivery.
Our standard 30-day return policy continues to apply for purchases outside of this period. Returns must be in original condition, and refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Gently-Used Gear: These products are discounted because they were either used as demos for events/shows, or were returned/exchanged within our 30-day return policy, and may have variations of minor aesthetic imperfections due to light usage that does not affect functionality of the product. By purchasing gently used gear from our website, you acknowledge that these items may exhibit signs of wear or usage and are not eligible for returns for refunds.
Final Sale Items: Products that are significantly discounted or listed as clearance and sold as final sale are not eligible for returns or refunds.
