Shipping & Delivery Policy

Kinetic Arm ships orders Monday through Friday (excluding carrier holidays). Please review the information below for processing times, shipping timeframes, and important delivery details.


Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).

Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on carrier holidays will be processed the next business day.

Kinetic Arm reserves the right to select the shipping carrier for all orders unless a specific shipping method is selected at checkout.

Orders may ship in multiple packages depending on inventory availability.


Shipping Timeframes (Estimated)

Domestic Orders (U.S.)

Domestic orders typically arrive within 2–5 business days after shipment.

International Orders

International shipping capabilities are currently limited. International orders typically arrive within 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.


Two-Day Shipping (Business Days Only)

Two-day shipping is calculated in business days and excludes weekends and carrier holidays.

Orders placed on Wednesday after 12:00 PM EST, Thursday, or Friday with two-day shipping may experience delivery beyond the two-day timeframe due to carrier pickup schedules and transit timing.


Tracking & Delivery

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor delivery status.

Estimated delivery timeframes are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Kinetic Arm does not guarantee delivery dates and is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, customs processing, labor disruptions, or other events beyond our control.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a shipment is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, Kinetic Arm is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. 

If your tracking information shows delivery but you have not received your package, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We recommend checking with neighbors, household members, and local delivery offices before filing a claim.


Shipping Promotions

Free shipping promotions and holiday shipping offers advertised by Kinetic Arm apply to United States domestic orders only, unless otherwise explicitly stated.

Free shipping promotions do not apply to international orders.


Shipping Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

Kinetic Arm is not responsible for delays, mis-deliveries, or undeliverable shipments resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.


Refused or Undeliverable Packages

Orders returned to sender due to refusal, incorrect address, or failed delivery attempts may be subject to additional shipping charges and restocking fees.

Refunds (if applicable) will be issued only after the order is received back and inspected in accordance with our Return Policy.
