The Kinetic Arm Gently-Used Gear Collection launched in May 2024, in effort to extend the life of our products, and offer affordable options for our customers.This collection features gently-used items, all at discounted final sale rates, allowing our products to continue supporting athletes and active individuals.
The K1 BioKinetic® Brace in this collection are discounted due to being used as demos at events/shows or returned/exchanged within our 14-day return policy. They may have minor aesthetic imperfections from light usage, but their functionality remains intact.
Gently-Used Gear Description: Gently-Used items may have minor imperfections that may include or be a combination of any of the following:
- Pilling of fabric
- Fraying threads on seams
- Wrinkled or bent straps
- Scratches or blemishes
- Minor stains or marks
- Wrinkled or used tags
- May need to be hand washed
Quality Assurance: We conduct thorough inspections when items are returned or exchanged at our warehouse to ensure that our used protective gear meets quality standards and authenticity.
Limited Availability: Product and product size variants are limited based on availability, and thus are not guaranteed to be stocked.
Return Policy: Gently-Used Gear Items are not eligible for returns. By purchasing gently used gear from our website, you acknowledge that these items may exhibit signs of wear or usage and are not eligible for exchanges or returns. Customers are responsible for ensuring the correct size by referring to sizing chart and measurement guidelines before purchasing.
Discounts: Our Gently-Used Gear items are discounted as final sale and cannot be combined with other discount codes or links. These discounts are subject to change.

Attach straps after each use to prevent snagging or fraying of fabric

SHIPPING:
Please allow 2-5 business days for domestic orders to arrive.
We normally process and ship orders within 1-2 business days of receiving order. All orders placed over the weekend will be processed and fulfilled on the next business day.
International orders are limited and are subject to custom and duty fees. Please allow up to 7-21 business days to arrive.

We offer a 14-day return and exchange policy for our customers to try our products.
If it does not meet your individual expectations, you may return within 14-days of receiving order for a refund. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and may use the carrier of their choice.
